Custom Doctoral Gowns

**Custom Orders takes approximately 4-5 weeks to make before they can ship**
This is NOT a stocked item. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom gowns.
The pictures of different color gowns shown is to show the approximate color of gown. Gowns will not look exactly as shown because pictures are of Matte Bachelors gowns. However, the same matte fabric is used to make the doctoral gown. We apologize, we do not have pictures of velvet colors available.
Includes: Doctoral Gown Only
Fabric: 100% Polyester with Velvet Trim. (See picture for velvet stripe placement). Gowns have bell sleeves; they do not have cuffs
Finish: Matte Finish. Approximately 250 grams per square meter
Gown Measurements: Gowns are tailored to reach between the knee to calf length
How to measure:
1. Height -from head to toe with shoes on
2. Chest-all the way around at the largest part. Do not include your arms.

Important
Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.
Handling Time
All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.
Out of Stock Products
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Graduation Outlet. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
